A zip-tie block that mounts to T-slot extrusion or a flat panel and keeps the screw and the tie on separate paths - the head is recessed, so it won't get in the way when you tighten the zip-tie.
A zip-tie anchor block for structure-mounted cable runs. The screw head is recessed and the tie routes above it through tunnels (two, or four for a cross layout), so tightening the screw won't mess up the tie and the tie shouldn't block a driver bit. Mounts to T-slot extrusion by default - a bolted T-slot nut, or a tool-free twist-lock foot on 2020-class extrusion and up - or to a flat panel with a screw. Tie width, thickness, and tunnel direction (parallel, perpendicular, or both) are all adjustable, with a minimum 1.2 mm wall on the base floor and bridge roofs.

Designed for FDM and exported at nominal size. Choosing a material changes the slicer advice we show - never the part's dimensions - so keep shrinkage compensation in your slicer's filament profile, where it's measured per spool. Clearance fits come from measured fastener and hardware tables. Snap and lipped parts assume a 0.4 mm nozzle; print 3+ perimeters for strength.
