Mean Well LRS-200 Mount
DIN-rail mounting plate for the Mean Well LRS-200 - sized from its own 4-hole bottom pattern (M4) with safety-limited counterbored screws, and a clip-slot interface that snaps onto a TS35 rail via a printable clip (or frame slots for a 2020 extrusion). Fits every LRS-200 voltage variant (3.3/4.2/5/12/15/24/36/48V).

About Power Supply Mount
Mounts an enclosed supply - Mean Well LRS-50 to RSP-500, the slim UHP-350, and the LDO LCP300 - on its own bottom-hole pattern: snap onto DIN rail, bolt to 2020 extrusion, or fit end brackets. Screw length is checked against the PSU depth limit.

- Din rail clip by Bryan (Printables) · CC0/Public DomainRecommended: the plate's default DIN clip-slots (plate_mount=din_slots) take this PSU-class clip straight on (measured 46 mm row) - no adapter. Print one per clip position (each plate lists 1-3).
- BEEFY Din Clips by th0mpy (VoronUsers) · GPL-3.0For heavy PSUs - measure your variant's screw row first; the plate slots accept 29.5-48 mm centre-to-centre. Bolts straight into the clip-slots, no adapter.
Built for an easy print
- Prints support-free in the orientation it downloads in - an automated gate checks every model on every change.
- Meshes are verified watertight before they ship.
- Mounting dimensions come from the hardware database; source confidence varies by device. Confirm your hardware revision and test the fit.

Designed for FDM and exported at nominal size. Choosing a material changes the slicer advice we show - never the part's dimensions - so keep shrinkage compensation in your slicer's filament profile, where it's measured per spool. Clearance fits come from measured fastener and hardware tables. Snap and lipped parts assume a 0.4 mm nozzle; print 3+ perimeters for strength.
