Open cable channel that screws to a 1515, 2020 or 3030 extrusion with two M3 slot nuts. Side exits, floor zip-tie tunnels and a snap-on lid; plain open walls also available. 40, 80 or 110 mm.
A channel for routing wires along an aluminium extrusion. Two M3 screws go through the floor into slot nuts, their heads below the cable floor, and zip ties thread through the tunnels to hold the wires. The base is 1 mm narrower than the extrusion on each side, so it clears panels that overhang the rail. Side exits are cut down to the channel floor, so a cable leaves flat without threading or bending over a lip. On the side-exit and lidded versions each zip tie runs through a tunnel under the floor, beside an exit, and pulls the bundle down onto the floor; tie the wires that run along the raceway, never a cable where it leaves. The snap-on lid is a separate print that clips over the outside of the walls, at both ends and on every section of wall between the exits, so nothing of it enters the channel. It is as wide as the extrusion. The ties hold the wires, so the lid only closes the top. The Partsmith owner has printed and passed the 1515 module at 40 mm twice: plain and open, then with side exits and the snap lid. Since then the exit corners are rounded instead of chamfered and the lid legs' outer corners are rounded; those refinements, the 80 and 110 mm lengths and the 2020/3030 versions have not been printed yet. Prints floor down (the lid cap down) with no supports.

Designed for FDM and exported at nominal size. Choosing a material changes the slicer advice we show - never the part's dimensions - so keep shrinkage compensation in your slicer's filament profile, where it's measured per spool. Clearance fits come from measured fastener and hardware tables. Snap and lipped parts assume a 0.4 mm nozzle; print 3+ perimeters for strength.
Each configuration has its own page with recorded specifications and a link to the generator. Confirm your hardware revision before printing.
